Rebound the

Handshake

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) awarded COLDf's Rebound the MLKCommUNITY a grant to conduct a

planning effort to identify clean transportation needs and opportunities in neighborhoods within Southeast Bakersfield.

The Rebound the MLKCommUNITY project will educate the community about clean transportation options and empower residents to develop a roadmap and implementation strategy

centered on mobility equity.

The Rebound the MLKCommUNITY project is part of California Climate  Investments, a statewide program that puts billions of Cap-and-Trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy, and improving public health and the environment — particularly in disadvantaged communities.
